Walsin Lihwa manufactures stainless steel billets and slabs. Billets are made into bars, wire rods, various forged items and seamless pipes and tubes. Slabs are used to produce plates and bands, and are also forged into flanges and large machinery parts. Moreover, they are primarily the material for sheets in coil (black), which are processed by re-rollers into cold-rolled steel sheets in coil.
